Death By Jack O Lattern by Alexis Morgan MY Review
About the book
And I thought
I back tracked to read this title.
The author always pleases.
I had heard about Tripp's time in the 'hokey' in some of the following books.
One of my favorite parts was when Gage brings prisoner Tripp in his orange jumpsuit to clean up leaves in Abby's yard.
Abby, Gage and Zeke loose patience with Tripp when he refuses to tell Gage and the County Detective where Sargent Kevin Montgomery is.
Tripp proves his honor and many other qualities that I cannot think off as he puts himself in dire straits missing his college classes. Plus he misses Abby's meals. And meals 'with' Abby.
Tripp's stubbornness forces Abby to investigate to find out who 'Did In" the pumpkin farmer.
As Abby zeros in on one suspect he zeros in on Abby too and begins making threats that cause Abby to watch her back, keep Zeke near and to stay around people.
But as things drag on she can't help but 'search' for Sargent Montgomery as she 'innocently' walks Zeke.
In the end the 'innocent walks' uncover the real murderer (s) and buried secrets.
All the mysteries are solved and tidied up just in time for Abby to don a Sherlock Holmes costume for the Snowberry Creek Halloween Festivities.
Abd to get Tripp out of the hokey in time to dress as GI Joe in has Army fatigues.
I was glad to get to back track and enjoy this title.
I enjoyed the YouTube Audio version.
