My Diet on The Plate

  I had a bad couple days.  Nothing bad.  And Nothing you want to hear about.   It made me realize I need to eat better every day and be diligent.   I am also trying to loose weight so I need to look at quality and quainty  A boiled egg hides underneath 1/2 0f mozzarella string cheese Last night's dinner. Gently on my body.  I only ate half. The rest tonight and adding sweet potato.   I did not peel the russet pota to.  More fiber that way.  I don't like the peels.  Maybe I will air fry next time.  1 egg one Avacado that was perfect ripe Avacado was not rip enough  A favorite meal.  Yellow Squash and Okra. I didn't eat all. I may have had cold for breakfast. Not teil8ng  The portion I have been usually having.  Now I have the smaller portion in daddy's chili bowl and make a cup of chicken broth. 

Memories of Galveston

  A few beautiful memories.  Images found in my archives  .  . .  It was super hard for him to walk in the water.  This a rare moment    An impromptu lunch I quickly grabbed a few things when the picnic crossed my mind I loved watching the Pelicans and Sea Gulls Finding the turtles was a fun scavenger hunt.  It was always hard to snap when no one was walking by.
