A Breakfast bowl.  My helping are small. 

Ivreally think it us mymeds.  But taking advantage of it. 

 
The Goulash with added Beets

Pinto Beans.  I had several days. 

I had a successful week I think planning and prepping food for 1. 

I intentionally am adding foods that are healthiest for me and help reduce Blood Pressure.  

Like Beets. I cannot say I love them but they we're good.  I cooked two ways in my air fryer which has a bake setting. I am learning  to use last nightbI cooked cornbread and 

yesterday I made Tuna Casserole.  Which is a 

 work in Progress.  I made a White Sauce to replace Canned Soup but I decided in this application I can risk the sodium.  In future I wil divide a can into 4ths. My freezer is full of things I save like the Goulas I cooked earlier in the week.  I added Beets to it.   

Lots of good lunches.  I ate half an Apple and Blue Berries for a snack.  


Some days I have cut way down and only had 1 Soda. But like yesterday I blew it.
