Admittedly I am I a cover Junkie.  The cover is pretty  but . . . 

I could see there was writing below the image but I could not see it.  I had to look inside to find out what it said . . .

It read God's Good what a beautiful part of the title to miss. 

I purchased the study because I am interested in reading the Bible.  

What drew me to it when I saw it advertised on Facebook was that you read through several different books each week instead of starting at Genesis and reading thru it as most studies do.    I liked that. 


The book is just pretty. Even the Table of Contents is in color.  

I am looking forward to starting the study and sharing with my Facebook group Women of Encoragement and Blessings.

  My Review  I had forgotten  how much I enjoy Lauren Carr's books.  It has been awhile since I have read a Chris Matheson and a Geezer Squad title.  I think one of the best things that Lauren Carr does is including a cast of characters.  Which is important  because there are a lot of characters to keep straight.  There are alot of suspects in Shadows of the Missing because there are alot of victims in this 45 year old cold case.  The main story revolves around the search for Helen Chris's wife's parents.  Helen and her younger sister have memories  from the last time they saw their mom.  Lauren  Carr keeps the reader interested  with multi plots that actually  all weave together  in one main plot.    There are some great regular characters in the series that uncover leads and hidden secrets.  And new characters like Percy  that I suspect might make their way into another title.  I r...
